Youth & Family Peacemakers
|
The Youth and Family Peacemaker will conduct a needs assessment with at-risk youth and their family to formulate a youth wellness plan. This plan is created from the youth’s perspective of what they need in their lives in order to engage in positive activities while building healthy boundaries and relationships.
What is a Youth and Family Peacemaker?
